All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information supplied. Quotes may change if the scope of work changes or additional work is requested.

JMP Labour Services provides contracted labour support services including, but not limited to:

Trade assistance

Site clean-ups

Painting preparation

Flat-pack assembly

Property maintenance support

Moving assistance

Event setup and pack-down

General labour services

We provide labour support and do not operate as a recruitment or employment placement agency.

Availability

All bookings are subject to availability.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about the job.

Ensure safe access to the work site.

Identify any hazards before work commences.

Obtain any required approvals or permissions.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined on your quotation or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional charges where permitted by law.

Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Liability

JMP Labour Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage. While every reasonable care is taken when carrying out work, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law.
